He was also not convicted for any crime because there was a lack of evidence in the girl's accusations. They say that the girl and her friends were too drunk and the DNA samples were not enough. The Ben Article This punishment is not enough. I feel he should be banned from the NFL for his terrible conduct. What is he doing with underage girls? I mean I know they allowed a dog killer to come back to the game, but this is worse. Rape is the worst inhumane situation anyone can encounter. It's usually girls that get raped even though there are some men, who do too. However, being raped is the same as losing all opinions on one's body. It makes a rape victim feel that they have no control and are inferior. She will probably have a lot of psychological damage with this crime. Psychological damage that can't be fixed overnight. Meanwhile, Ben will be living in his mansion and be unconcerned with what happened that night. I guess that's what happens when your a star. You can get away with crimes that normal people would pay a hefty penalty for. Well that's just my opinion.
