Ok go back into hijack this and do a system scan, check the boxes next to these items. Hit fix checked, and proceed through all warnings.

Okay now that we've cleared up your problem, you want to install and run these programs to ensure you are clean.

http://majorgeeks.com/SpyBot-Search_&_Destroy_Tools_d2471.html
Run the scanner, and activate the defense portion of this as well. Be sure to be selective in what it adds to your toolbar and startup. You don't need to have Tea-timer running so you can uncheck that.

http://majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Standard_d5125.html
Download this, super important. Run the cleaner and the registry cleaner.

http://majorgeeks.com/SpywareBlaster_d2859.html
This is a standalone program that is "run-once" and forget. After downloading it, find the button that says ENABLE ALL PROTECTION. Close the program after it is done, and forget about it.

http://majorgeeks.com/SUPERAntiSpyware_d5116.html
Similar to Malwarebytes, and it finds things that malwarebytes doesnt. Allow this to scan and then fix what it finds.

After you've run all this, i'd be surprised if you get anything else unless you're looking for it.

You might also consider these add-ons to firefox to keep yourself safer,
Under addons, search for Adblock Plus and WOT http://www.mywot.com/en/download
The first one blocks just about every ad on every page, and can even block annoying things.
WOT, is a comprehensive rating system that allows you to see if the page is trusted before going to it. When you are on google, it gives each a color coding to tell you more about the site before you visit, protecting you from attack sites before even clicking on it.

Gonna need your help again Kotestu. It isn't a virus this time but it is a bit of a nag. Seems my Firefox won't open by any commands. I've tried running it on Run but it won't work. Also the internet is working fine as I'm using I.E right now but just not Firefox.

You need to use the FF safemode which can disable plugins to see which one is causing the issue of you not being able to run it.
So, if you would, please specify the location of the Firefox file within your computer. An example would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

I'll give you more instructions after that.

Werid. I have two Firefox's. One is just "Firefox". The other is a beta version.

First One:

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

Second One:

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 9

Within the beta firefox folder, there should be an updater program. Try running that and see if it works.

In this folder, C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 9
go to start > Run > and type in exactly
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 9\firefox.exe -safe-mode
Tell me if that works.
or simply firefox.exe -safe-mode

Wait, I tried entering "firefox.exe -safe-mode" and got the it to open along with this error code.

"ReferenceError: bbyln is not defined"

Seems the interenet isn't working on it.

Well all you really need to do was get it to open to troubleshoot it. Try searching google for an answer to your reference code, or other options. Also try updating it.
