FireFox Favourite Manga Fruits Basket	This topic will cover the basic rules to setting up a game, there can be many roles and you can name them as you wish to fit a personal theme if you want. Just make sure you PM the roles to everyone who has signed up to your game, anyone can make a game and the game creator decideds when it's day/night and any other optional rules. This link could help some: http://www.sitesled.com/members/mikeburnfire/mafiascum04.swf Current Official Game: http://dbzf.co.uk/topic/8168784/1/ Basic Setup Number of players: 10 Roles: Townie, Mafia, Cop, Doctor (If you have under 10 players, try adjusing the numbers of roles a bit but try to have a cop) Daytime actions: Townies vote who to Lynch Nighttime actions: Mafia PM game mod for who they want to kill, Cop PM game mod for who they want to investigate and Doctor PM game mod for who they want to protect. Advanced Setup Consider only going for this if you know how the game works. Number of players: 11+ Roles: Same as basic + any additional roles (http://mikeburnfire.sitesled.com/mscumB.swf) Daytime/Nighttime actions: Same as basic + Whatever the aditional roles state. Optional Theme Consider only going for this if you know how the game works. Rename the roles to what you want, like in the Christmas one, I had Elf, Bad Elf, Union Rep and High Elf for the basic roles. Also rename the terminoligy if you think it would make more sense (Santa wouldn't hang an elf for example) Added Gameplay Consider only going for this if you know how the game works. You can add your own twists to the game as you see fit, modfiy the roles to suit your needs but try to keep the game balanced. A few ideas for you: - If the doctor protects a mafia member, the doctor becomes mafia (Or mafia doctor, if you have enough players) - Disallow cops saying they are cops, this would avoid fake cops (mafia pretending) but make the game a little harder - Throw in some random events (The rope snapped so {name} was safe from lynching today but can't vote tommorow) - Add a role that is immune to lynching but can die at night Anything you can think of, you are running the game, just make sure you say it at the beginning of your post.
