What do you guys think of WWE nowadays? I barely watch WWE anymore (I'm leaning onto TNA nowadays) as WWE sucks a** now, Probably most of you agree with me... WWE is starting to become a kid's show (you notice that most of the audience are kids?), you notice that WWE barely has anymore blood or anything else because of the kids?.. WWE was way better back in the WWF Days till around 2005 and early 2006.

Well I've recently liked watching WWE. It is still entertaining even though it's more for kids now. Before WWE, I used to watch more of WCW rather than WWF. I have to say that in the past it was more violent and more fun to watch. My favorite wrestler is rey mysterio because he is super entertaining. However, I don't like the divas now. The divas in the past where strong and able to compete with the men. Now and days, they are more for show and less muscular. I think the only good one now is that Glamazon on Smackdown, but somehow she lost to Mickie James in a three way match.

WWE went to hell when it lost its stars. The Rock made everything worth it, really. After 2004, WWE went to the toilet.

It's good that they're pushing Sheamus (if you guys saw the match at WWE TLC) to main event status even to the point of getting his first ever WWE Championship, instead using the same old guys over and over again.

I've never watched WWE...i actually stopped watching when it was still called WWF (lol). I do remember most of the names that are being said in this topic though. I see commercials for WWE but they never seem to catch my attention anymore.

Kids can stay up until midnight? WWE sucks.. now. The only one that can pull off an amazing show now is Chris Jericho and The Undertaker. Even Sean Michaels lost his touch.

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I used to really like it, but went off it after Wrestlemania 20. It's gotten too predictable, too 'kiddy' like someone said.

Well actually, if you don't want to see garbage or kid's stuff, just watch a PPV. I watched one this year.. it was cool.. Sheamus, a new guy beat the ***** out of John Cena with chairs and ladders. I think he's the first Irishman in a long while to get pushed... maybe there is hope for WWE. :S

Another brand that I stopped watching is ECW, after the other originals (besides Tommy Dreamer who is under contract with WWE) like RVD, Sabu, Sandman, Balls Mahoney, & Stevie Richards lefted ECW, it's sucks ***** now.. Like WWE it way better back in the 90's...

ECW used to be an independent promotion. That's why it was so extreme back in the 1990's. Sooner than later, Vince bought the ECW promotion, and branded it under the WWE. Basically Extreme Championship Wrestling is not Extreme wrestling anymore on set, it is only extreme in name. Now it's Mickey Mouse.

I guess you gotta point, but WWE's ECW was 'Extreme' back when it started in 2006 when there was all of them ECW Originals on the brand..

I still watch it then and now. I don't watch WWE like usual .... I only watch Raw and SD like 2 times a month. But nothing more ... I keep updated with it on WWE.com.

I can't watch fake wrestling anymore. Not after seeing the barbarity of UFC. It would be like watching a really violent film and then watching Power Rangers. Because that's all WWE is. Power rangers in a wrestling ring.

MAGICAL GIRLS REPRESENT

My stepdad watches it every week.

I used to be obsessed with it when I was 9. I saw my first pair of female breasts through wrestling (hahaha, Pay-Per-View). And everyone was just so... I don't know if I can properly explain it. It was a time when wrestling was back on top of recognizable pop culture and about everyone knew who Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock were.

Now, I don't watch it much -- I saw the attack from the guys in XTC I believe. That shocked me, but only for a bit. I know who Randy Orton, Batista, and John Cena are, though I don't understand most of the hate John Cena gets -- it's as pointless as the hate Justin Bieber gets (yes, I just compared a professional wrestler to the Bieb. And I regret nothing). From what I've seen, it looks like the Attitude era WWF that I grew up on. That's not a good thing -- the Attitude era actually tried to do things differently and it succeeded. Trying to copy that style isn't a bad idea, but the execution is flawed. Everything's been done before, and it's just not interesting because of it.
