Not even...they are on different levels. Cell is on Dabura's level. Dabura was smoked by Fat Buu. Fat Buu was as good as a SSJ3. Cell couldn't even beat SSJ2. |

Cell was Weaker than SSJ2, Fat Buu is Stronger than SSJ3. |
