Do you think there are more leaves on trees in the whole planet, or single blades of grass? you may want to say there are more leaves, because of, say, the whole amazon forest. however, take into account the numerous amounts of blades of grass in the great plains of america. i personally have no clue. |

Grass, it never changes withthe seaesons, it says where it is, leaves fall of and there is never a truly massive amount. However this is a question to test ones personality, to see how much they truly view the world. I know a really good question similar to this one but I have forgotten it. see if I can remember and post it here.

Grass, particularly if you include all the different varieties. Though it could also be claimed that many sorts of grass are in fact leaves :P Though as they aren't on tree's grass wins =D ~Tim |

A very good question, shows complexity. But i'm going to go with everyone else and say Grass. There is probably 500,000+ blades of grass on a acre yard. |

I'd say the answer lies in the amount of grass you can fit into the area of a leaf multiplied by the total number of leaves. But I'd assume there is a greater volume of grass on the planet than leaves anyway. |

Yeah, though if you consider some of the great forests / rain forests of the world with such massive trees that would definitely put a dent in it. But with the deforestation occurring these days grass is definitely being given an edge. ~Tim |

I thought that as well viddy, but he said land scape, so i'm assuming only the non-water areas. |
