I let it beat me, I became weak. I am now 19, it's a new year for me. I expected my 18th year to be different but I did nothing to make it different, in the end the biggest reason I was in a depression was my own fault. Surely it won't be easy getting out of a depression however I refuse to let it beat me so easily. I'm stronger than that. Hopefully slowly I'll start being myself again, random, goofy and get all my morals back get my mind back. My new old motto was I'm useless my new motto shall become "To change the ways," it probabbly sounds stupid and probbabbly won't make sense to anyone, but it makes sense to me sooo that's all that matters really. Unfortunaley I can;t say I'M BACK BABY BABY just yet as I'm still not fully back and by being back I don't mean activeness i mean being me, but hopefully soon enough I will be there. i'm strong enough, there is no try, there is only a I WILL beat depression, no side effects included. Thank you very much

Thank you very much Yeah, don't feed the depression. But if it truly is a depression, seek professional help. Depressions can be pretty serious. But I think this is the right spirit to try to move on with your life, it's always good when we feel motivated to start fresh, and I'm extremely happy that you're feeling that way because I really miss the goofy you. Hope you can make it through! Just remember to take it easy, it won't be an easy process at all, but you'll make it.
