Have you gotten into the Christmas spirit already?
I know I have!

The streets are all decorated with Christmas lights outside, and I find it magic to wake up to those old nostalgic Christmas songs.
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rocks!

I found it curious that Christmas seemed to start earlier here this year... they started playing the commercials and all the publicity by the end of October on tv. It shows well that we're going through an international crisis. Has that happened to you guys too? Did you notice that Christmas started earlier this year?

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

Well I haven't seen the Coca-Cola christmas advert yet so Christmas hasn't officially started yet :P

But the lights have gone on in town which is cool. I like walking through town before work when it's dark with the christmas lights on, people doing their shopping and the fairground rides going, that's what my big christmas memory is from childhood when we had family trips for christmas shopping. I haven't put my decorations up yet, probably should do so in the next few weeks.

That's true about Christmas starting earlier though. I guess it's because there's ageneral depression about the credit crunch and all that so they're either trying to capitalise on it or cheer us up :P

Just like the French. Sacre Bleu! Xmas is starting deez dayz erley!

I love Christmas. I'm lucky my grandma has been alive and kicking these past 19 Christmases to lead and cook a delicious Christmas feast. I love it, I love getting everyone a cheap ***** gift, and for people who are cool, a very niiiice gift. That's class baby! Not giving a ***** about what you get, but giving to the good friends and family around you.

Yeah, so forget about celebrating on the 25th of December. JK. Ha Ha, I see people putting up their lights the day after halloween every year, but it usually starts going nuts the day after Black Friday. That'swhen the shopping season begins, and people start spending money.. rather than just window shopping.

They always start the commercials early. It's not christmas season until December 1st (i.e. when advent or in some cases, chocolate advent calendars, begin). It ends around about New Years Day. The Coca-Cola advert is a legendary christmas advert but its still just an advert. You capitalist pig-dog Mitas :P

I LOVE CHRISTMAS. The only thing I don't love is that from now until January I need to revise hard for my January exams but Im hoping it'll be alright. I have absolutely no idea how this christmas will turn out, but hopefully it will be more festive than last year. Last year didn't seem very much like christmas at all. It made me sad.

But on the brighter side, the Christmas tree should be going up in our house soon :D

NO! :\ lol
I am not feeling Christmas and I really don't want to either. This seasons been going by so fast. The end of the month is almost over. Soon enough people will be counting down the days til Christmas and school will be over so soon. I wish thing would slow down a bit and November could be extended another month or two. I don't have anything against Christmas or holiday time I just want it to slow down.

That's just life Rebel. If I could slow down time I'd never grow up at all, but at least at Christmas I get to feel like a kid again. I don't think my opinion has ever changed because I still love it just as much as I did when I was really tiny.

Always begins around October here but doesn't really start till after bonfire night, our house doesn't get done till December sometime, lol. Christmas hasn't been fun for me for a long time, kind of hard to make much of it being depressed most of the time, thinking everyone going on about it should just shove tinsle in their mouth, people's happiness used to make me more depressed, lol. This year might be diffrent, we'll see.

We have thanksgiving to deal with first. Everyone really pumps up the christmas stuff the exact day after thanksgiving. Otherwise it's nothing but HOW-TOS on turkey cooking and so on until then.

It's not Christmas until the Coca Cola truck is on TV!

That said, I'm pretty sure I saw it a few days ago so YAYYYYY!
