I just finished this drawing today, it took me about 5 hours and was wondering what you all think of it.

Oh, inking it could make that look incredible!! If you do it you have to post it!!

What program would you use to do that out of interest though??

And you now have a reputation point for the pic :)

I use Gimp, I am a SCUBA diver and so need to save up money for kit so I use free software for drawing.

Excellent, you could put a little more detail on the arms but otherwise it's awesome. You did an especially good job on the hair... I always want to rip out mine when I'm drawing Super Saiyans.

I like drawing the hair for some reason.

Ah cool, diving is fun :) Though i've only got the basic PADI Open Water License.

The hair is always the most fun to draw, but I can never get it right, even with just normal Saiyans... It always ends up looking more like i've gone and tried to draw a fire or something on someones head :P

PADI <_< , not got the best reputation but as long as you learnt to dive saflt who cares.

The hair, if it looks like fire then there is too much curves, there are alot of stragiht lines and sudden changes in direction, I also think it helps if you can see a picture of the hair. It helps me alot when I have a picture to copy from.

I do have the paitence from good practice. At a big Scout camp called Nailer (may not happen again :T_T: ) there was a kite all tied up and I spent 3 days undoing it. After that sitting down and drawing is a piece of cake.

Yeah, i always get started then get frustrated and leave it be. Someone being able to produce something this well done definitely deserves the kudo's and rep points :)

I don't find PADI that bad, I wasn't actually aware it has that sort of reputation, but perhaps we should continue this discussion in another thread.

*cough* use the rep point system *cough*
