Thought this might be an interesting fight. Not quite sure who I'd go with. |

Depends if this is Imperfect Cell when he first met Piccolo, or when he appeared while Piccolo and #17 were fighting. If it's the later Cell, he wins no contest. He completely trashed Piccolo, and Piccolo was stronger then any Super Saiyan at the time. If it's the earlier Imperfect Cell, it's more of a fair fight. Meta-Cooler is probably a little bit above a Super Saiyan, and Cell was somewhere between a Super Saiyan and Piccolo. Piccolo was still stronger then Cell even after he had his arm drained, so I'd say Cell was closer to SSJ Goku/Vegeta at the time. It'd be a good fight, hard to tell for sure who'd win. They can both regenerate, but Meta-Cooler's actually makes him stronger consistently. If Cell went crazy and fired off loads of Special Beam Canons/Kamehameha's/Discs along with lots of little ki blasts he might be able to break Cooler into bits, but if he let the fight drag on he wouldn't have enough energy to finish Cooler off for good. Cell could regenerate from Cooler's attacks as well, but Cell's regeneration is like a Namekian's, and Namekian's regeneration does not restore the energy lost from the wound. Overall, I'd give it to Meta-Cooler. Cell would have to REALLY give it everything he had to completely destroy him, and I think most of the time he wouldn't succeed. Cooler would grow stronger after every injury, while Cell would get weaker, leading to Cell's defeat after a long battle. |

Its hard to place Coolers strength, initially he's around SSJ Goku's level but after he regenerate he doesn't flinch after a direct punch from Goku and tanks a Kameha. That in my opinion puts him above the Androids in terms of strength, having said that Imperfect Cell could do that as well after absorptions. I think Cell has the edge in raw power but Cooler has IT and better regeneration which gives him big strength boosts. It does depend on whether its before upgrades and before Absorptions, though in both cases Cell needs to take him out straight away. I'd probably give it to Cooler as well, Cell doesn't seem like the kind to finish an opponent off instantly with a big attack unless pushed by which point it maybe too late. |

Mecha Cooler with the whole star powers with him? Definitly goes to him. Cell does have a power level that will drop. If cooler dies, he can come back improved or simply come back as his own army of thousands, and I'm assuming they all have the same initial power level at least. I don't even think it matters if cell has humans absorbed or not, He would just last longer is all. |

While this fight could certainly go either way I have to give it to Imperfect Cell because he could just absorb Meta Cooler and become tremendously more powerful (probably greater then his Semi-Perfect form). |
