Firefox and Safari Favourite Manga Tsubasa, and many others	From memory I believe that he was simply like that due to his age and being the only Namekien to survive some disastrous circumstance (with the exception Kamiccilo??). The only official Super Namekian that was mentioned was Piccolo I'm sure if i've make a mistake someone will correct me ~Tim

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Naruto	He was such an old fart because, not only is he the oldest namekian alive, he lived through an intense drama, the cataclysm that destroyed nearly the whole namekian race. Being the only one left alive, he spawned about 100 more namekians. Giving birth takes a huge toll on a namekian's body, so him giving birth to 100 left him in a state where he couldnt leave his throne, or barely move.
