Cell Vs. (Goten + Trunks); Pretty much it.

Posts: 2 Group: New Member Member #4,512 Joined: October 10, 2009	Alright, I've spent a lot of time thinking this over, who would win in a battle against Cell against Goten/Trunks? Both? Do you think Cell's first form could be defeated by only one of the boys? Would the boys have to transform to defeat Cell's first form? -What about semi-perfect cell. Not even SSJ Vegeta was able to take him on fully, would Goten SSJ or Trunks SSJ be any stronger? What about together? Fused (Fusion would be limited to Base and SSJ, since SSJ3 could obviously destroy Cell)? -And Cell's "Super-Perfect" form (basically the equivalent of him -already perfect- going ASSJ)? Would the boys stand any chance if it was just the two of them versus Cell? What if they fused in Base, would they at that point be stronger? SSJ Gotenks? Help me out people! Post your answers here. And if you -really- want to think something over, would Cell (hypothetically absorbing Super 17) = SSJ4 Gogeta?

Why? I read the manga, and in the manga, Goten and Trunks turn Super Saiyan in the battle against 18. This is how she realizes that Mighty Mask is Goten and Trunks. 18 was surprised by their power, but she still quickly overwhelmed them. But if that's not enough, I'll try to find their power for you.THEORY 1: Goten and Trunks in their base forms would possibly have a power level between Goku or Vegeta's power level in the Saiyan saga and Namek Saga. Goku's power level in the saiyan saga was 9000+ and Vegeta's was 18,000+ .In the Namek saga, Vegeta had a power level between 22,000 and 3,000,000. While Goku had around 3,000,000. So it can be assumed that Goten and Trunks in their base forms would be some where between. THEORY 2:Here's another possible theory. Since they are hybreeds, they start off with around the same power level as Gohan in the Saiyan Saga, around 700-1,000. And in the Namek saga Gohan was a little older than Goten and Trunks, but he only had a power level of 20,000(But one important thing to remeber is that Gohan only acheived a PL of 20,000 because of Guru). If we use this theory, Goten and Trunks in their base forms would have a power level between 700 and 20,000. Either way, Cell would be way ahead of them, regardless if they turned Super Saiyan or not. And Vegeta could have destroyed Semi Perfect Cell, he just chose not to because of his pride. So, obviously Gotenks (even in base) would defeat Cell (any from). Basically, here's how it goes. Cell(any form) would thrash Goten and Trunks. But if they fuse into base Gotenks, they would destroy any form of Cell, including Super Perfect.

Posts: 11,612 Group: Legend Member #88 Joined: January 16, 2005	This is easily Cell even if Goten and Trunks went SSJ they'd lose against Cells first form. Piccolo and Cell were pretty even with Cell maybe having a slight advantage over him. Piccolo could handle Goten and Trunks just as easy. BUU basically got he other reference of Android 18 down too. Had Vegeta faced Cell in his first when he first went super he wouldn't win at all but after the Time Chamber training he could beat Cells first and second form pretty easily. We saw how he thrashed Cell Form 2 around. Vegeta couldn't Beat Cell in his Perfect form nor did he stand a chance against Cells Super Perfect Final Form. I don't see Goten or Trunks beat any of Cells forms even in a SSJ level. I think if Goten and Trunks fused to Gotenks against Cell they would definitely beat his first second form without breaking so much as a sweat. I think Gtenks could go Super and beat any form of Cell. AND Super 17 Fused w/ Cell = SS4 Gogeta? NO WAY. SS4 Gogeta wins.
