I think Androids 19 and 20 would definitely win though. Android 20 is Dr.Gero, he knows their secrets and that gives him an advantage. 14 and 15 weren't the rebellious types to go against their creator. 19 and 20 had the absorption, I think they could use that to gather energy from any type of blast thrown at them. Vegeta had to go Super to beat 19. SSJGoku could handle Android 14 and 15 by himself. I think 19 and 20 take this one.

Anyway, the film is before the training in the hyperbolic time chamber, but after Gero's death, meaning that the Z fighters were probably around the same power during both fights. So, I'll try my best to deduce this. Let's start with the Super 13 fight.Trunks and Vegeta got dominated by 14 and 15 in their base forms. When Vegeta turned Super Saiyan, 15 was still able to cause some pain, meaning that 15 was not a whole lot weaker than SS Vegeta. The same applies for Trunks. Now on to the Android 19 and 20 fight. SS goku had the clear advantage against 19. He definately would have won the fight had not he gotten the heart virus. And Vegeta quickly dominated 19. The reason why Vegeta got hurt was because he was merely toying around, testing his Super Saiyan abilities. (It wouldn't make sense if Goku, the weaker SS, did better against 19 than vegeta). There seems to be a big power difference, so I think the video was fairly accurate.
