Cell = 1,400,000,000. Super Perfect Cell = 1,650,000,000, and was only defeated with a Father-Son Kamehameha. That being said, I repeat, we're talking HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. No matter what you're measuring, that's huge. Returning to Tien vs. Frieza, Tien wins through a slight power advantage plus a larger support/defensive technique pool.

Super saquer, you can make excuses for cell all you want, he was reborn Super perfect, and Akira toriyama invented him, he knew what pikkon was for, pikkon easily knocks cell out, doesnt matter what excuse you use to say why. Cell goes after goku, pikkon goes after cell. A kick to the face and karate chop to the neck puts him down for good. Lighting or not, Cell is not an SSj2, and therefore doesnt need the characteristics of one in that state. Pikkon used his burning shoot technique, and powered through a goku who used a super kaioken IN super saiyan. So that easily puts pikkon at the bottom of his strength even with perfect cell. Broly, Bojack, and Perfect Cell are all relatively even (1,300,000,000 - 1,500,000,000). This is given by Broly's power estimate, as of V-Jump. As for the Father-Son Kamehameha, it is an official term. Gohan was too much of a wuss to unleash his full power on his own. Daddy had to hold his hand through it. Look at the credits for the films. For many of them, he did do the story. For others, he simply did character designs.

I don't even think they put him as writer on Path To Power, and he literally did create that entire story. And in the Broly film, he did three character desgins, along with some input about Broly having a tail, yet I don't think his name is anywhere except on the Special Thanks and ''Story Based On''

You realize that the screenplay is the true storyline of the film. Of course Akira made the story. They're all his characters that he created with his intellectual property.
