And if you think you can go and do that,make fun of people behind there back your a joke and to me your the biggest joke i know . and it's your fault i don't understand it.so you better check that stuff at the door.if you don't there gonna be some problems.thats fact, i mean 75% of the 8th grade want you fired.so pleases Consuela do your self a favor either shape up or get out I was suspended from school for 5 days Now today Palm Beach Count Sheriff Came out and sent out a sheriff and A Deputy. They came to talk to my mother and Me The sheriff said That the Email is threating and that I is looking at Federal charges and may be charged as an adult for cyber bulling.(max time in jail-1 year) If the teacher had a problem she should of let the school handle it and talked to my mother. And not only does your email sound stupid, has many grammatical errors, and almost sounds like a joke, it's hard to take that seriously. The first thing you need to learn here is that just because someone says something about you in an offensive way, it does not permit you to act or threaten them in a hostile manner. Do you think that by acting big with that email impresses anyone on this forum? It doesn't. It shows how childish you really are. That being said, you aren't going to jail, and you aren't going to be tried as an adult. Florida has a similar law process as Texas and I live there. I know my laws here. The minimum punishment you'll get is a 5 day suspension, the max is the rest of the school year in a juvenile center. Where the people who attend the center are in there for stabbing, stealing, fighting, and many other true crimes. And in your case, I hope they allow you to pay those kids a visit.

You won't be tried as an adult or sent to jail. You'll get a warning from the police, a slap on the wrist and they might even show where you'll end up if you carry on comitting crimes. It is a threatening e-mail and like Kotetsu said, we aren't impressed and it only shows you as immature.

And, I think, if you'd ACTUALLY sent that, you'd deserve whatever punishment you got. If you're going to insult somebody, at least spell correctly. But, assuming you're telling the truth, at most you'll be suspended for a while and it'll be a stain on your record. That's about it.
