The shoutbox is currently a feature of Zetaboards Premium because it's not been fully finished at this point, a month ago, I did purchase the Premium and that's why you saw a shoutbox but it's soon to expire. Now if you want it to stay, I'm going to need people to donate, hardly anyone has donated and you are unlikly to get nice things if people don't. Paypal button in my sig and at the bottom of the forum will allow you to donate, or no one could donate and there will be no shoutbox untill it's final release which I have no idea of. It's your call, personally, I don't mind either way. |

I'm not sure about whats changed with zetaboards lately but i remember that it was possible to get an integrated shoutbox like the one here for free. |

With InvisionFree, someone made a code that used a topic to link with a coded shoutbox, though that was slow since it had to call on the topic. The shoutbox Zetaboards is using will be released for free at some point in the future anyway, it's just at the moment, it's still in it's testing stages so is only avalible on Premium. |

I'm not sure how to say this, but I think we're fine with a completely free board. The shoutbox was fun, but I don't see the point in actually giving money to keep it... It's a DBZ forum after all, DBZ won't really expand more than it has done... and I don't think we need a very expanded and modernized forum to discuss the series and other topics here. I love this place or else I wouldn't stay here after 3 years, but I'm not thinking about giving money to it unless free boards totally disappear and there's no other option. It's great that are people willing to donate, though. Just felt like explaining why I haven't done it myself, since I'm a super mod here and I guess more responsability comes with that position. |

I'll support Kris here and say The shoutbox was fun but I found it pretty useless just another way to spam a box. Which is great but We have a chat room that no one really goes to anymore but it is still their. I don't mind if we get rid of it or keep it either way. If it takes more effort in keeping it than to lose it it's not that big of a deal. The place is great as is with or without a shoutbox. |

Hardly anyone used the chatroom anyway, lol, it is mostly xat trolls that used it. Eitherway, a donation could just be a way of saying thankyou, just a way of giving something back, it doesn't have to be a donation with the intent of funding something. |
