Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Naruto	Pui Pui is probably stronger, simply because he appeared later in the series when he had to fight against stronger beings than Zarbon did. Zarbon's PL probably never even scraped 1,000,000...whereas im sure Pui Pui was atleast that strong. Power Levels (from a source that can by all means be completely wrong..) Monster Zarbon - 27,000 Pui Pui - 6,000,000 PM me if you wanna know where i got them from
