Hercule vs. General Blue

 They said that Cell didn't use any energy at all on Hercule, though. Cell could kill Hercule with his pinkie if he wanted to. :lol:

I think people are really underestimating Blue here...he's not a normal human. Hercule became the world champion, yes, but only because there was no one strong there to compete with. Goku and his friends probably scared off any decent martial artists such as King Chappa by that point.

I don't think Hercule even out strengths General Blue.

General Blue got kicked from Japan to Egypt by Arale (It was for comedy, but still, it happened and it's canon lol) and survived (and wasn't even heavily injured). I don't think Hercule is going to be surviving that. Blue also had his plane crash into a mountain and didn't even seem hurt from it, just a few cuts and scrapes.

General Blue was also able to jump off the same mountain (and it was a LONG way down), yet land on his feet without hurting himself at all.

Moreover, Hercule was dieing when he got shot, Goku showed that a bullet couldn't do more then hurt him a bit at the start of Dragonball when he met Bulma. Blue was much stronger then Goku at the start of Dragonball, as he was able to keep up with Goku even after the 1st tournament, which was after Roshi's training which made both Goku and Krillin much stronger.

So a bullet would also do nothing to General Blue, while it seriously injured Hercule.

Keeping all those feats in mind, it's no contest in my opinion: Blue wouldn't even need to paralyse Hercule to beat him.

Since you basically mentioned everything, if anyone says 'Hercule is a better martial artist than G. Blue' all I can say is that General Blue was in the Red Ribbon Army. As a soldier, you're trained in the martial arts so even if they went fist to fist, General Blue still has the skills he needs to knock down Hercule.

I believe that Hercule has General Blue beat if raw power alone would be the key to victory. However, Blue has the ability to paralyze the opponent with his eyes. I think, however, that Blue's eye technique only works on pure-hearted people; he could not immobilize Tao. But I am not sure if it would work on Hercule. The eye technique aside, Blue is still exceptionally strong for a human.
The eye technique worked on Kuririn, and he wasn't exactly pure-hearted. And in the manga he never had the chance to try it on Tao.

I agree with everything Psyam said, plus here are a few more examples of Blue's superiority:

He survived an underwater cave collapsing on him, he dove from a plane to Kame Island and landed perfectly, he concealed his chi from Master Roshi, he sliced a tree in half with a light chop, and he crushed a phone booth with his bare hands.

Can you picture Mr. Satan doing any of these things? He couldn't even break a stack of tiles without hurting his hand. So yeah I think this fight would be similar to Blue's encounter with Suppaman in Penguin Village.

Rampaging Explosion of Euphoric Glory!

 Akira changed the streangth of the average kind of character between DBZ and DB, so comparing G. Blue and Hercule is tough, cause DB villians were always super tough, and Hercule was created for the soul purpose of comic relief, so now that I think of it, if Hercule won, he would win by sheer luck in some comical manner, because like Psyam stated, G. Blue was > Kid Goku at the begging of DB > Hercule. so G. Blue is like 3X stronger than Hercule at least, when ya look at it that way.
