Firefox Favourite Manga One Piece	Hmm, It's hard to know how strong Hercule was...when he beat up the guy with the gun, he seemed invincible for a second. The only reason Hercule really appears so weak is because he's outclassed by our heroes (and villains). Still, though, I think I'll give this to General Blue for two reasons. 1. He was quite strong. Not quite as strong as Goku, but he was close. He was pretty extraordinary for a human. 2. He could paralyse Hercule and kill him. General Blue would have killed Goku with that trick, had Arale not intervened.

Compared to the average human, Hercule is pretty skilled and is strong. However, General Blue was also pretty skilled and strong. Hercule was a world martial arts tournament champion which meant that he must have been good at martial arts. Because of Psyam's reasons, I would have to give it to Blue. However, Hurcule MIGHT put up a good fight.

Posts: 203 Group: Member Member #4,195 Joined: May 15, 2009 Favourite Anime dragonball, dragonball z	i think hercule would win because he was a pretty good fighter you just never got the chance to see him in the tournaments while goku and the others were absent. he was always saying how its all a trick, i dont think he would trapped by blues' techniques he would just be all over him like when that guy shot the puppy.

Firefox Favourite Manga One Piece	I'm not sure, Hercule did seem strong but we never saw anything really spectacular from him. General Blue almost killed Goku. I mean come on, this is Goku. ...But Hercule could be way stronger then General Blue for all we know. However, if Goku couldn't escape Blue's paralysing technique then I doubt Mr. Satan could either. I think it takes a certain mental capacity to escape it that he doesn't have. Once he was paralysed, he would be helpless. And that's even if he is stronger then General Blue.

(unless you count Blue's paralyzation) They both think they are better than they really are... But, I have to go with Hercule because he is Videl's dad, and Videl iis pretty strong in the tournament saga so there must be some gene of strength she get's that from. Mr. Satan it is.

General Blue wins through his special abilities. while General Blue's techniques, and his streangth and fighting experience far surpass the avarage human, Hercule, for all we know, is far far stronger when it comes to just fighting. the fact is, unfortunately, that Hercule has no way of countering anything other than regular physical attacks, and can't use his Chi at all, therefor, he would loose to General Blue unless he could somehow beat him fast enough to prevent him from using his paralysis techniques. General Blue's chances of winning, are probably roughly 70%, since he is cocky I can see him not using that technique, perhaps assuming he can win without it, if Hercule taunts him enough too.

Google Chrome and Firefox	I'd have to say that Hercule would win this match because he is the martial arts champion of the world so he probably did beat some strong competitors similar to General Blue. As far as strength goes, Hercule has the upper advantage. I know that General Blue has the paralysis technique, but he probably would only use it if he knew that he had no chance to win. Hercule would have a clear cut advantage if it wasn't for that technique so I'm sure he'd find a chance to win because he somehow managed to live through being hit by Cell.
