A 5 game loosing streak pushes the Mets deep down into the depths of the National League's East Division, despite all this they are still not far behind from Atlanta, and forget about winning the wild card race this season because the NL West and Central have a few teams with a few more steps ahead. Gotta win the division. The darkest point of the season was loosing out in the Subway Series. Mets got beatdown in The Bronx, then got beatdown at home. I thought that there was chance after winning a great game 1 but since that game only 1 game was won . Apart from that, what do we see by the All Star Break? As far as the National League goes I'm surprised with St Louis's quick revival, and it's nice to see the old Brooklyn team dominating the West coast. Other than that the AL East is intenseley talented.
