http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttcof7TQ-Mw&feature=channel_page Uh, this movie made me ***** in my pants. Has anybody else seen it, or is curious to see it? It's about a man named Jacob Singer who dies in Viet Nam because of a drug secretly manufactured to enhance aggressiveness in soldiers. As he is dying, he can't let go of reality, and he begins to hallucinate and picture a life of what could have been. Throughout this fantasy life, he is constantly haunted by demons and a longing of his son who passed away while he was in Nam. Mega spoiler alert: His therapist in his fantasy, (who is actually his guardian angel) gives him advice about death and how peoples' inability to let go of attachments and accept fate leave them tormented with demons until they do let go. The people in his hallucinations are constantly clarifying to him that he's "still alive." In his fantasies, he dreams of being with his son again, until finally, he accepts his fate and climbs "Jacob's Ladder" with his son, reunited, hand in hand. I was blown A WAY by this movie. WATCH it. Edited by Dark, Jun 19 2009, 10:01 AM.
