Broly. He is the Saiyan of Legend. I mean most of these post are fusions. Gojeta, kid buu- with a bunch of swallowed up characters, vegito, etc. Cmon people. Im sure if broly fused say with a gohan or goku or vegita, omg. Your talking the ultimate weapon!!! Ultimate Gohan is good but imagine an ultimate broly. Or a ss3 broly. The guy is the pinnacle of super saiyanism. He's just unstable which makes him kinda "dumb". Maybe Hatcihyak is stronger but for only one burst of power. Even Goku admits this. Gohan... Cmon people. If Gohan can do it Broly can times 10. After all Gohan is only a half saiyan. Broly is full blooded and born to fight. He nerver tires but only gets stronger in battle and doesnt even burn up energy after kai attacks. His power I think if truly revealed is limitless. If only he trained like Goku????

 Technically no, but hypothetically he does, if Vegeta had agreed to use the dance with Goku.

As for the Manga/Series Anime Universe, he's a what if character.

But, as for the Anime continuity he's real. Because the Movies follow the anime continuity.

 except that movie twelve is still an alt timeline. so no, gogeta does not exist in the manga or anime. only 1 movie is officially part of the anime, and that's dead zone.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

freeza is absolutely the most powerful. he has control of huge quadrants of space. his name is known universally. they conquer planets in days and freeza commands them.. cell barely conquers a few cities, the saiyans ruff up a small town square, baby gets the planet earth and vegeta, and buu kills a lot of life on earth. freeza= winner

 ok, if you want to go by feats. super buu ripped a hole in the universe itself. all frieza did was destroy a few planets, kid buu destroyed hundreds of planets in less than an hour. even by feats, frieza is trash compared to buu. frieza destroyed a few planets, cell gathered enough ki to destroy a star (although he never actually did it, thanks to gohan).

sun > 1,000,000 earth sized planets. therefore cell > frieza. frieza moved a small mountain with telekinesis. ssj3 goku and kid buu wrecked an entire planet in primarily melee combat

exactly. the destroyed things. that's not power. buu can't do anything with star dust. FREEZA HAD AN EMPIRE THE SIZE OF A GALAXY

 But Frieza can't destroy a planet while one it, then regenerate from the explosion, then move on to another planet and do the same...then keep that going.

Buu's regeneration it's self by feats is Boo > Frieza, then add in Boo can regenerate from his own smoke, makes Boo just by feats more than Frieza.
