And I believe he is probably #1 at the end. But of course, before that the strongest was SSjin Vegetto.

Posts: 12,580 Group: Elite Member Member #6,372 Joined: June 18, 2011 Gender Not Specified Country United Kingdom	Goku's base at the EOZ is at most equal to his old SSj3 (If you think Uub = Kid Buu) and...well let me just put it like this: Pre time skip: Ultimate Gohan > SSj3 Gotenks > SSj2 Gotenks > SSj Gotenks > Base Gotenks > SSj Gotenks (Pre) > SSj3 Goku There's an entire SSj3 chain in there, so if you use a multiplier for SSj3 and not a potential unlock then Goku's base would need to be stronger than Gotenks base post RoSaT to have a chance vs Gohan. You would either need to have a non-set SSj3 multiplier, have fusion Super Saiyan multipliers be different, or have SSj Gotenks below SSj3 Goku pre RoSaT. The first 2 are possible, but the last one has nothing going for it, and has Goku actually going agaisnt it.

Fusion is Fusion, no matter who does it, and Saiyan transformations are Saiyan transformations no matter who (of the Saiyan race) uses them. Unless hybrids only get half the power from transformations because they're, well, half of a Saiyan, but that's never really sounded like it made much sense to me.
