It doesn't matter how Vegetto was created, it's stated the fusion dance and the earrings create a whole new person/character. The question here is not "the strongest UNFUSED PERSON in DBZ" the question here is "the most Powerful PERSON in the Dragonball Z universe".

But i know that i saw a g4 interview with toriyama talking about gohan. some comic con. But my research online has provided more clear proof, daiz 2 page 114. G4 themselves didnt do the interview gridzero: they just played it as it was given to them, comic cons are full of people asking questions. For all i know? it COULD have been hermes asking him, or someone who just wanted to talk about gohan change overall. like his hair and his power. ive never read the daiz, but so far i have found two sources that claim its in the daiz 2. someone on kanzentai said it. and some cool guy who answered a retarded question on yahoo answers. I have to tell you that it is stated by toriyama that gohan is the strongest warrior only in the sagas he fights in. Think about it,Goku for example kept training after the buu sagas even as ssj3 (which i believe is as strong as mystic/ultimate) when Gohan stoped his training entirely, probably for ever. . .
