Team should be made when you sign up for a league by the name you give. When you log in, click this link: http://www.xperteleven.com/xpertleague.aspx?Lid=207061&dh=5 There should be a button about joining the league, you then fill the form in, although you'll have to wait a bit to play in the league, till the season is done but you should be able to join and make a team as well as play friendlies.
