After the parliamentry elections, I plan on making a group called "Advisors", this group will be made up from former members of staff who wish to take part but no longer wish to moderate on the forum as well as the ministers. Advisors will have an additional forum open to them, in which they can raise any issue they want. Members outside of the two mentioned groups may be invited to join as well, it depends. Parliamentry results will be annouced on Saturday, PMs will be sent to all winning candidates, those who fail to respond within a day will forfit their position to the second placed candidate.

Posts: 5,553 Group: Shadow Rep Member #88 Joined: January 16, 2005	It's a good idea, but you have all these different groups now. It's a bit much but that's just me. I don't really know the purpose of these Advisors yet. I'll elaborate more after the elections/saturday

Yes I understand that, I just want some of the retired staff to still play an active role, it's more of a thought than a solid plan I must say, I am open to disagreement here, I don't fully like the idea myself.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga DBZ	I don't think a new group would be needed. If we keep them as Retired Staff then it kind of already says Advisors because they've been there, done that. They're already free to bring up issues in multiple sections, why create an additional one?

Firefox	I think the concept is good, but I agree with the unecessary new group thing. But then again, Retired Staff does kinda mean that they don't do the staff work anymore, so there would need to be a new group to put them in if they were going to do more work......
