The dragon and a couple other characters have said that the dragon can only do what his creators power can. When they asked the dragon to destroy vegeta and nappa on there way to earth, he said he couldn't cause that wasn't within his creators powers. But the dragon can bring back the dead, millions of people at once. I never understood that, So kami/dende can bring back the dead, but not blow up a space ship, that makes no sense. What is your guys take on all of that.

Posts: 5,561 Group: Shadow Rep Member #88 Joined: January 16, 2005	I don't remember that episode but it does make some sense. Kami and Dende are Guardians(protectors) of the earth not warriors. So I guess the first priority is to the Earth and Healing the damage then it's to destroy whatever BIG bad stuff is on Earth(like Garlic Jr.) Technically Vegeta and Nappa weren't on Earth yet and they did make some stops along the way so nor Shenron or Kami couldn't do anything. All they could do is to prepare for the upcoming battle. The best thing was to train Goku an the others until Vegeta and Nappa came.

Firefox	I get that, I just thought it was weird that it has enough power to bring back millions, when kami and dende can only heal wonds, not bring back a dead person. If that is the case, then they could of just asked them, instead of getting the dragon to do it. I can't remember what episode shenron says that about not doing more than his creators powers, but it was in season 1 when roshi wish's back goku.
