Internet Exploreri Favourite Manga Dragon ball Z	Hey heres a question, could vegito go super saiyan 3 if he wanted to becuase he was fusion of goku and vegeta and what would happen if super saiyan 3 goku did a potara fusion with super saiyan 2 vegeta? Would he become a super saiyan 3 or 2? give me your thoughts.

Gotenks could become a SSJ3, but neither of them could even go past SSJ, so Vegeta not being able to become a SSJ3 shouldn't matter. Their combined strength should be easily capable of it, especially as one of them alone can go to that level.

He had the electricity in his aura. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oujTOJ7B0XY I do suppose he could go SSJ3 if he wanted to though. But that would've been overkill for the show as Super Vegito is [more or less] the strongest character in the DB universe until SSJ4 Gogeta.
