I wish that there were more back story on this guy. He was just a weak human by DBZ standards but he was the first known super-human martial artist that did the impossible and mastered manipulating his Chi. If it weren't for him the Crane Hermit and Turtle Hermit would have never existed. |

I think he was an interesting character too. It was a good plot to end up having Roshi take his masters place in the end, with Roshi being the old man doing the evil containment wave the next time round. Anyway, yes Mutaito gets extra points for being the first human to use chi properly. That was quite a feat. |
