Chappa was a good fighter so he'd probably win no doubt but Hercule would put up a good fight for him. King Chappa had that 8 arm technique thing so I think that would make the differnce

There's no denying that Mr.Satan was pretty strong by ordinary human standards but he seemed awfully clumsy to be a great fighter. King Choppa was more of a true martial artist, while Mr.Satan was mostly just physically strong.

Why do you say that? King Choppa was said to have won a Budokai without even being hit once by a single opponent. I don't think that Hercule could say the same thing.
