That's not from any particular movie or show. That comes directly from an intro video from the game Dragonball GT Final Bout. You would have had to play that game in 1997 when playstation 1 was around to have seen it. They re-released that game in 2004 for the playstation in english. It wasn't any better than the Japanese version. The controls were terrible, and the polygonal 3D characters were an eye sore.
