Odds of an All English Final?

So, all the English teams have made it through to the Quater-Final of the Champions league, that puts the odds of an all English final quite high. If each English team is in a seperate Quater-Final, it means that it could be an all English Semi-Final, that'd be pretty funny. Thoughts?

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga DBZ	English teams have dominated for the past few years in the Champions League. Last season there were 3 English teams out of 4 Semi Final spots so I think it'll be one better and have a full house this time round. Liverpool completely demolished Madrid and I think they've got a brilliant chance of winning the thing (although being a Liverpool fan I would say that). Chelsea are hitting form at the right time and Man U are looking unstoppable (although we'll see this Saturday when they play Liverpool :P). The only weak link I'd say is Arsenal, but they've got the quality to make it through and if they get a lucky draw I don't see why not. Edited by Mitas, Mar 12 2009, 03:47 PM.

FF	If there in seperate groups then it's a very high possibility, though Arsenal looked bad yesterday, the other three looked more than competent.

It would be funny if there was an all Welsh final! Mitas, if Liverpool lose in the Premier League, what are their chances of winning that compertition? lol I'm not fussed who wins the Champions League to be honest, it would be good for English football if an English team wins it again. But yeah, from what the news said, Arsenal where lucky to get through to the Quaters.

I really do hope Man U don't win every competition though, they'll never let it go. And no offence to Wales, or Light, but I think an all-Welsh final is literally impossible.

FF	I think I have to agree wtih you guys about an all welsh final. To be honest, I think Man u have got the premiership already, although Liverpool and Chelsea did look great, the chance has gone in my opinion.

Chelsea played terrible football in the 2nd leg and maybe if they had tried to attack even a little more, they wouldn't have had to worry about the missed penalty claims. Although saying that, Barcelona haven't been playing as well as they can in the Champions League as of late. I hope they whoop Man U though.
