I ran this compertition last year, results can be found here of last years, where 947 posts where made excluding discounted posts. Hopefully this year, we can beat that score! Description: At the start of the week, all post counts will be recorded then at the end, your new post count will be recorded, your score will be the diffrence minus any discounted posts. The winner will get a gold trophy on the awards page and other places down to 5th depending on the ammount of participants will also get something. This will start either next Monday or the Monday after, depending on the ammount of people who enter. Other Awards: Grand Prize: Mod for a week! (Gain 750 none spam posts in the week) [Depending on how much the staff trusts you] Good Try: Your own area as a sub-forum of Spam (Gain 500 none spam posts in the week) Kyonko Special: Gain 100% on your warn level! (Have 100+ posts discounted) [This award doesn't mean a ban, it's just for fun] Member 1st place: Elite Status or Unique group (depending on an admins decision) + Second places prize Member 2nd place: Forum featured as a redirected area for a week + affliate status for a week Member 3rd place: A PAT ON THE BACK FOR A GOOD EFFORT! Elite Member 1st place: Unique group with colour across the forum or Legend status, your choice + Second place prize Elite Memeber 2nd place: Forum featured as a redirected area for a week Elite Member 3rd place: A PAT ON THE BACK AND A BRONZE TROPHIE! Legend 1st place: Unique group + Second place prize Legend 2nd place: Forum featured as a redirected area for a week Legend 3rd place: EVERYONE LAUGH AT THE LOSER LOL! Staff 1st place: Forum featured as a redirected area for a month Staff 2nd place: Forum featured as a redirected area for a week Staff 3rd place: YOU TRIED YOUR BEST Although, no one will win first place prize if I win again, lol, hopefully you can post more than me without losing any points, yes I deduct posts from myself for spamming. Rules: - No spamming, points will be deducted if you are caught making posts like "Yeah, I agree" although it's unlikly I will warn you for it, just deduct contest points. - Don't accuse me of cheating, you'll lose 1000 points if you do this! I'm not going to cheat, I don't care much for winning, I want you to post, not me! - Have fun! Closing words: This is a good boost for publicity if you want more people to visit your forum if you have one, if you don't and you finish in the top 2 spots, I'll think of a new prize. I was going to try and do something decent last year but ended up failing...I'll try again, though, and put a lot more effort in this time round! The rewards are cool, nice ideas. |

for non spam posts you could all say read and reply to my DBMT stuff XP I don't think I'll be competing, I haven't been using this forum like I was a while back, I guess I don't feel as much comitment to it since people don't really bother to reply to most of my posts, and I don't spam ever. oh well. hope this is fun for everyone. |

They read your stuff though, the DBMT section is ranked 8th most viewed so far this year: http://dbzf.co.uk/topic/8000360/1/#new I'd probably reply to it if I was more intrested in Dragonball, could stick a smaller banner near the top of the forum to promote you work, maybe more people will reply to it then. |
