How did Vegeta get a mustache?

How did Vegeta get a mustache?; (and a different hair style)

In Dragonball Z, Vegeta said the hair of a Saiyan doesn't change an inch starting from the moment he is born during the Cell Saga when he and Trunks came out of the Time Chamber. Trunk's hair grew longer because of his human blood but Vegeta's didn't change at all. But in GT, he grew a mustache and his hair changed a little which should be impossible. And he never grew one before, why should he start growing one then?

And he never grew one before, why should he start growing one then? Well, yea plothole is just an annoying answer but it's true. In GT alot of things changed and it wasnt made or supervised by the AT, creator of DB, and DBZ. I don't think when they were talking about the hair that it applied to facial hair. If you remember in the Movies, many saiyans including King Vegeta and Paragas had facial hair, and I dont think many of those saiyan babies came out with a beard or stache. So I don't think it applies to facial hair. As for the hair on his head in GT, that could have just been the artist when drawing it, or it could be that vegeta's head grew bigger, or that because of stress it started falling off. It could really be anything. Thier alot of these "plotholes" in GT.

My take on the Saiyan hair: I don't think it grows any more [with the exception of SSJ transformations and what not], so in the event a Saiyan cuts his hair it won't grow back. I think maybe Vegeta got a haircut and it just won't grow back after that. But that's just my theory since it wasn't explained in detail.

I think their hair is more like animal fur, where it grows to a specific leangth. normally, that would mean they get thicker "hair" in the winter, which probably isn't the case, but it explains how they could get their hair cut, and it would eventually grow back exactly the same as it was. whats interesting to me, is how half sayains don't have a set hair length, or style. I thought that at least some of that triat would carry over, but outside of Sayian abilities and a tail, they seem completely human when they are a half breed. I find it also strange that sayians can grow facial hair at all, since their genetics are closer to prime apes.

They could have said the same thing to Goku. @OP The whole mustache thing is a plothole. As mentioned, GT wasn't created by Akira, they only got his approval, so, it had a lot of plotholes
