#16 Vs. Super #13; Android Battle

 #16 is equal or greater then Imperfect Cell (Full Power), who trashed Piccolo and #17 without taking any damage.
Super #13 trashed three Super Saiyans (slightly less power then Piccolo), also without taking any damage.

 #16 definitely. Even though Super #13 took on 3 SSJ none of them r equal 2 a Super Namek. If the Super Namek & #17 can't beat Imperfect Cell 2gether then #16 who is equal 2 him will overkill the Ugly SSJ look looking android.

Edited: Android #16 >= Imperfect Cell > Super #13 > Super Namek = #17 & #18 > any SSJs

 this is a tricky one.but I would have to say super 13.since he did hold his own well against three super saiyans and piccolo. though 16 could have possibly destroyed imperfect cell first form.but seeing how second form imperfect cell nearly blew his head off.again I say 13 because it seemed he could take more damage and still fight very well against three super saiyans and piccolo.in short summary since super 13 could take more damage from what I have seen. I say 13.

 Hmm...hard one. Super 13 was untouchable for the DBZ crew but it's hard to say since we don't know how powerful he truly was. No one could touch him and when he was defeated it was by Goku doing a one time only technique of absorbing the genki dama. We don't really know how powerful that made Goku so it's hard to gauge how strong one needed to be to actually beat Super 13.

I'm think I'm gonna settle on 16 though. Mainly because of the time frame from when the movie took place. The DBZ fighters were still weaker than 17+18 during the movie and 16 easily handled first form Cell; whom could trash the DBZ crew with ease at that point the same way Super 13 could.

 I think that Super 13 would won. I watched DBZ movie 7 many times,and i also wathced DBZ series and this is what i concluded: 16 is strong, but he couldn't even beat imperfect cell. Cell was only playing with 16,because Cell's real goal was to absorb 17. Besides 16 is only little stronger than 17 is. On the other hand, Super Android 13 is a fused version of Androids 13, 14 and 15. Super 13 defeated Goku ssj, Vegeta ssj, Trunks ssj, Piccolo,Gohan and Krilin in the same time and he didn't even got serious. Super 13 is stronger than Android 16,that is for sure.
