Cell, will undergo quite a few changes here and there, but will keep a lot of the same stuff as well. a quick rundown: Origin: Future Trunks unknowingly brought him along with him when going to Goku's parallell universe. Cell is an altered biologicly engineered life form, turned into an android/cyborg using nanobots. his body is capable of absorbing energy through the liquid nano bots inside his body, but they are also capable of mimicing or duplicating the effects of other mechanical devices they come in contact with, by breaking them down and then reassembling them with the nanobots. he hitches a ride with trunks in hopes that he can gather power while going undetected and eventually using trunks warp machine to go to all parallell universes and absorb all their energy and technology in order to become the ultimate being. Abilities: he dose have a few "vital organs", including his brain, which he needs intact in order to regenerate, but he has the ability to move his vital organs around inside of his body at will. making it hard to target a vital part of his body, since he moves them based on the circumstance. he can easily regenerate, by using nanobots to break down components around him and compress them into new body tissue, but this takes a little time, since it's reorginizing mater. he can also drain the essence of a persons body, assimilating their energy and some of their streangth. Evolution: instead of having different forms, Cell gradually evolves, normally shedding out of his carapace with a new one capable of larger size then it's predecesor. Cell gets very large and intimidating as he continues to evolve. and more complex to boot, sometimes gaining new abilities or powers. thats a good start, but theres plenty more stuff as well. He also now has mandibles that act like a face mask, kinda like how Coola had one in 5th form. tell me if ya like the new look, it's a combo of a Cicada and all of his 3 previous forms combined.

Got to say that out of your ideas ive found this one to be the most interesting. Youve given Cell a major overhaul but still staying true to his original incarnation in form. Really like the idea that he evolves over time into a more dangerous and grotesque creature. Curious but will the androids still fit in with Cell or are they no longer important. |

the androids are actually even more significant than before. originally Dr. Gero designed cell to obtain his perfect form. my Cell dosn't seem to know limitations, and if he has a perfect form it would be the first mechanical diety. instead of obtaining new forms, each android provides a new ability for Cell and is unique. android 17 has the infinite power generator. thats an unlimited self sustaining amount, but only a certain amount can be used at once. this alone provides Cell with the ability to never tire, and to contiinuelly produce energy attacks, though in order to use techniques like khamehameha he would need to use Ki instead, which he gets from absorbing essence from people. android 18 is intresting, she now has, instead of unlimited energy, a unique brain modulating device, which allows her brain to work like a super computer, measuring the exact amount of distance between objects and the speed between them, how long it will take for them to meet, she has dead aim, like she can predict every possible angle to fire a weapon, and determine which is the most succesful or likely to hit. she can also fight and learn almost anything that is used against her, so she can mimic techniques as well (which will be how Cell gets Khamehameha). android 16 however provides Cell with the most usefull device, the self destruction device. it's practically a mini hydrogen bomb, but it projects the explosion outside of the itself. with Cells other abilities, he can use this to self destruct infinitely and regenerate infinitely, making him practically invincible. I'm debating weather or not he can get stronger from that, but thats one loop hole I should probably steer clear of. thanks for your reply! keep em coming! |

another interesting thing I just thought of. Cell would not have the brain of a normal being or an animal. instead he would have the Mind of a monster. In DBMT, monsters are more intelegent versions of Animals, normally capable of speech and using certian forms of magic (ie. dragons, phoenix's etc.). however, monsters can't comprehend right and wrong, similar to animals, and so they are neither good or evil. Cell will not understand right and wrong, so he can't have evil chi, so Spirit bomb won't work on him. he could develope a version of spirit bomb himself though that isn't quite as potent overall, but only requires neutral chi to be created (Cell Spirit Bomb). |

You are AMAZING! Your ideas are so inspiring! Cell looks amazingly cool. And since Android 18 is my favorite character, I must say I love what you have in store for her. It seems like she's going to surprise us with her potential. Keep it up. |

I love the art work, its just amazing! The science behind his design and power is so well thought out. And the evolving phases are also unique. Maybe can also reduce his mass if his largeness starts to way him down. He gets faster but his durability is less making him more vulnerable to attacks. |

good idea, the Cell Jr.s are also very scarry, looking like Chibi versions of his Massive form, yet also being able to slim down too. if he did slim down, he would convert his mass into energy, giving himself a huge temporary boost. he could simply get it back by devouring mater through his tail and converting it into nanobots. way cheapness. also, if ya noticed on the concept art, his evolved form has 4 arms instead of 2, this would allow him to use two techniques at once, use techniques that require arms and legs without using his legs, and make up new techniques as well. I am also trying to decide if he kept evolving if he would keep growing more appendiges (4 legs, the two front ones being scythe talons like on a praying mantis, scorpion claws on the backs of his shoulders, 3rd set of arms, second tail, 6 wings, etc.) that would be crazy craziness though >:) now technique list (Base Form) Martial Arts: Instinctive/Improvise Weapons: Body limbs/Tail (his exoskeloten is strong as pure metal, but bends to absorb impacts so it doesn't break) Energy Field: releases energy in a area shock wave, electrectuting everything around himself. all the androids have this ability, but Cells version is enhanced as he absorbs more mechanical devices and people. (Evolved) Martial Arts: Any seen/???? Weapons: Biological Limbs and internal Bio-mechanical weapons/???? Special Attacks Any seen/???? Tama Dama: Cells "Spirit Bomb". uses raw energy from everything around combined with essence from the people he has absorbed and his own combined with his main power source energy's. this attack creates a super dense, super hot, super powerful ball of energy that consumes everything in its path into ashes and smoke. (Ultimate Move) also, as Cell continues to Evolve, he might start representing other life forms, like, becoming centaurish, whear he has four legs, the back two being hooved, but the front to being like giant scythes that he walks on, haveing a set of wings on his upper body and lower that absorb residualent energy in the air, having 6 arms, and 2 scorpion claws in addition, his tail splitting and becoming two or maybe even three way, slot on his body for shooting charged laser beams in certian directions at will, all sorts of stuff, and he could continue to change and even undue things based on circumstance, growing bigger or smaller, slender or scarier. here he is, the new colored version (not complete, especially since he is missing all the dots). he is slightly altered from previous description, and now has 4 forms, this being one of them, that he can go back and forth between based on circumstance. he can make them buffer or more compact at will and each one is good at something. this is his most well rounded form, and most versatile. tell me what ya think! the tentacles are also new, and he can use those as whips, that can pierce, cut and render flesh! he has one for each of his appendiges, and in his insect form, they all look like scythe blade arms, except the front two, which are giant pincers! they can also inject things with nanobots just like his tail, so he now has multiple appendiges for that. the two big ole antenea are based off the Lu Bu/ Monkey King hat idea that uses phoenix feathers.

So this is Cells colour palette now. What made you change his colour scheme? Lol i like the eyes, feels like the bugger is giving you a not-so-nice-going-to-gut-you-like-a-fish-the-moment-you-blink kinda look!! Awesome chief. So Cell still has his tail but you have added the tentacles as well, what inspired this change? Will the black antennae be used as weapons also or are they just for decoration? Be a pain fighting with them maybe?? Curious but will you be adding drawings of the Cell jnrs. as well? How does your Cell go about creating them, is it in the same manner as AT's Cell? |

oh, good questions. well, the tentacle inspiration came from the combination of ghost limbs from ghost in the shell, with the ability of the girl from Elfeen Leid, I think thats the anime. I heard from a friend that she could cut people in half with this microscopic particles, and I thought "if Cell is made of Nano Bots that can become harder than steel after compressing, than why not, he should be able to cut people and use his body like a semi liquid if he wants" I believed it would set him apart from the other villians too. I am giving it disadvantages too, but it's definately a really mean ability. he can absorb through them and his tail as well, but his tail is now more of an accurate sniping weapon, and his tentacles are used more for self defense and attack multiple targets. I will do Cell Jr.s, as well as his other forms, later on as the time comes. this isn't set in stone, but my idea for the Antenea is that they absorb residulent energy floating around, and arn't good for attacking, but they are what allow him to "power up", at an increadibly fast rate. think of them like solor panels that abosrb all forms of energy. the Cell Jr.s are pretty nifty for him to use, except they are only good in certain situations, and they arn't to smart. he can control them, but he doesn't have enough processing power to control them and his own body, so he has to hide from his opponents if he does. with help from Android 18's Processing chip, he can control all of his abilities to their max. thats what really makes him dangerous. though android 17's unlimited power core helps alot too, since doesn't fall below a certain amount of energy, and any excess is used to constantly super charge attacks and create energy barriers. there are also several ways he can create them now, but they definately don't spew out of his tail like the original(his tail was so disgusting, when he was about to absorb 18, it looked like his tail was drooling....yuk!). they are either spawned from his own body, or he can "plant" the nanobots in the earth, and they form several seconds later. each one has access to whatever his basic nanobots can reacreate, so they normally don't have alot of his absorbed abilities, but can do anything he can normally do, including changing between forms, using energy attacks, and absorbing more stuff into their own bodies. because they are made of the same stuff, Nano Cell can absorb his own Cell Jr.s if he needs too. He can also duplicate himself instead of making Cell Jr.s, but like Tien's ability, each copy is weaker than the original, but in this case, it is only because his one brain is controlling multiple bodies. He now also has a Super Form, where he actually completely changes appearance, and becomes the absolute epitome of what all of his abilities could do simultaniously. this will likely happen in place of "Super Perfect Cell". In this form, his exoskeleton becomes golden armor, and his head become human looking, hair and all. He might even explain it to everyone, because they probably won't recognize them. great ideas. the only thing i would like to see changed is the color scheme. he is an organism, sort of, a cyborg. But you said you modeled him after the cocoon in a way, right? I would like to see him look more like an insect, with those murky green and tan colors. maybe silver since he's a cyborg too. idk. everything else is sweet though |
