don't get how a disk driver needle was able to scratch the hard drive in the first place. That's kinda weird.
I don't know how I can make this any more clear.

I've got a Mac and luckily haven't had any problems with it so far :) Hopefully if it falls 3 feet onto tiles it might survive a little better, and if not I might know where to start :P
