Fire Fox 3	go ahead and talk about it and all that stuff i vote Jeice ( not because i like him more ) but because i read a lot about Dbz power level's and Jeice is always up a little more!

Google Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ, Full Metal Alchemist	Gotta o for Jeice, I just like him more. Burter annoys me a little bit, I guess it's just his voice and I don't really like the way he looks. Jeice is one of my favourite minor characters, I always use him on DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Plus, he's Australian :P

Their power leves are almost equal, what defines who would win over who is the fact that Burter is about 100 times faster than Jeice, which would give him a clear advantage. Jeice wouldn't even hit him if Burter was smart enough to use his speed.

Jeice may have had the edge in strength, because it seems as if he's Ginyu's No.2, but Burter's speed would give him a monster advantage.
