I'm going on a camping holiday at the end of August that I got to every year, although I missed it last year. We go for 5 days and there's a massive fairground, hundreds of market stalls and cfart tents and shows and all that jazz. It's really good and I'm looking forward to it a lot.
I have a weekend trip to London coming up, but that's in October.

Yeah. Was a lot less nerve wrecking than I expected it to be. Examiner was irritatingly nice though, just smiled the whole time like it was plastered on his face. Git. ;)

Wow you're lucky. I'd like to travel to London someday too.

I passed my driving test the first time around. I found it really easy. So I hope you pass next time Mcgeezle. Try not to get nervous and over exaggerate all the stops.

I've been to London a few times, it's only a car journey or train away. I guess it's a much bigger deal if you live abroad :P

Sorry to hear about the driving test Gez, but a lot of people fail first time round. My friend has failed 5 or 6 times now haha half of those have been by the very slightest mistake which frustrates the hell out of him. I haven't even started lessons yet, probably should get round to it while I'm young.

Yeah it is a big deal to go to London from the United States. I'd like to see what is different about London than here. I also liked to see the people and how they talk. Then I'll find people like Viddy, who will stalk me lol. Be careful Viddy I might kick your butt that's for sure.

The funny thing is that hardly anybody from England speaks how we are portrayed to the Americans :P

You live in Portsmouth...or is it Devon? I remember a conversation about "Ooh Arr"...

I've been to Dorset before, nice weather...mostly...

I thought the English said stuff like

"Would you like a spot of tea"

or

"It's a bit nippy outside"

Lol thats how I thought they talked.
