Just as I thought, Datebayo did drop their subs. But several others filled the void and they continue to translate and post them on video channels.

Firefox	This makes it more legal though by having Viz Media and TV Tokyo have it available to watch for download or stream. I have a feeling that now that these companies will sub and stream it, that videos of Naruto Shippuden on Youtube will decline.
