I am not, in any way,stating that these are actual flaws in the story. Out of curiosity and boredom, I thought I should share my inquiries. Gohan's Dream - During the Cell Saga, Goku and Gohan train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. When Goku was trying to teach Gohan how to become a Super Saiyan, Goku tells Gohan to imagine Cell killing his friends and family. Gohan then tells Goku that he doesn't know what Cell looks like. Later on ( before Gohan becomes a Super Saiyan and also before he sees Cell for the first time)Gohan has a nightmare of Cell killing Chi-Chi and Piccolo. Cell Jr.'s Might- In the cell games, Cell generated 7 miniature copies of himself (of course with a much lower power level) to fight the Z warriors. Now, if we go back to when Vegeta and Trunks fought perfect Cell, we can remember Trunks was holding his own for a little while until he attempted ascending to SSJ 2. The same can be said for Vegeta, even though he got his butt kicked. However, after their loss, Trunks and Vegeta entered the room of spirit and time once more, so we can assume they are MUCH stronger than they were in the previous fight with Cell. So how does this explain the embarrassing loss Trunks and Vegeta endured to the Cell jrs? How strong could they possibly be? Think about it, Trunks should have been able to take 2 of em on. "Saiyans can't breath in space"- During the fight with frieza, frieza was saying about why he destroyed the planet and the main thing was that Saiya-Jins can't breath in space yet during the flashback to bardock when goku just arrived to the battlefield it clearly showed Bardock and other saiyans flying in space.....BREATHING. Goku's Dream- - When Goku is put to sleep by Princess Snake he has a dream about Nappa and Vegeta breaking into his home and hurting Gohan.. There is one problem with this... Goku hass never seen Nappa or Vegeta at this point in time! So how does he know what they look like? Trunks's sword mystery- Now, everyone knows Future Trunks has his sword... but where did the sword originally come from? Tabion of course in Movie 13 gave it to Trunks when he was a "young boy." But here's the mystery. Future Trunks comes from a world were Android 17 & 18 killed all the Z-fighters... during which Trunks was a "BABY." And we know with Piccolo's death ,Kame dies as well meaning NO Dragon Balls to make the wish to release Tabion from his Music Box. Hmmm... Tell me what you think.. For the sword mystrary the movies dont follow the same story as the series I dont think, someone can correct me on that but I think its diffrent so thats why its odd, maybe the writter wasnt aware of the series story fully.

Posts: 802 Group: Member Member #2,807 Joined: October 31, 2007	after every fight a sayian gets stronger but the fight with vegeta and trunks vs cell was hard but they didnt increase there power that much after the fight and plus cell perfect form was stronger than both of them. Cell Jrs are just as strong and very small so they are hard to follow. and no trunks cannot take on 2 of them Edited by UltimateGohan, Nov 23 2008, 05:54 AM.

Cell jr.'s are pretty strong, Saiyan's breathing in space thing, that's I guess an error made by either the dub or toei. As for Trunks, Movie 13 was on the present time, not to mention movies don't follow the anime

I don't understand why this confuses so many people. Movie 13 takes place after the Buu Saga. When F. Trunks changed the past, he explains that in doing so he created two separate timelines. This is why 17 and 18 are still villains and everyone aside from Bulma is still dead when Trunks returns to the future. Tapion gave Trunks a different sword. It was just homage to F. Trunks(who has always been more popular with the fans.) The time machine that Tapion leaves in, on the other hand, confuses the hell out of me. Wouldn't that create a "new" timeline. Tapion could save Minoshia, but he'd have to return to the present(otherwise there would be two Tapions in one timeline) That makes no sense, but it doesn't matter anyway since it was created by the animators(not Toriyama) and therefore more non-canon filler.
