Perhaps when Gero captured him, he killed him and just used his body. 17 must not have died when he was absorbed, unless he's different from 18 which of course he probably isn't. 18 was spat up and was still "alive." Perhaps when 17 was wished back by the Dragon Balls he came back as human. That's the only reason he'd use a shotgun, right? He wouldn't have had the android parts in him to make him an actual fighter like Goku and Vegeta. Edited by Brian, Jul 2 2009, 11:34 PM.
