Who would win this, Tien from the cell saga or freiza 1st form for me i would have to say tien, what about you guys? |

Tien would rock him. First form Frieza doesn't even have a power level of one million, as we clearly know by Frieza making a note of his 1,000,000, power level in a later form. One Tri-Beam cannon and first form Frieza is dead. Period. |

Bah, Famicommander you said exactly what I was gonna one min earlier  Yeah, although Tien could probably beat Frieza in a fist fight anyway, one Tri-Beam and Frieza is toast, very burnt toast. |

I'd still think that Tien would have the advantage, just based on the way he was able to immobilize Cell. 2nd form Cell was exponentially more powerful than even final form Frieza, and even though Cell wasn't severly damaged by the Tri-beam he was injured and immobilized. We don't have a huge frame of reference for Tien's power level at this point, but we do know that he spent a Namekian year with King Kai, that he was able to hold off 2nd form Cell for quite some time, and that he is the strongest human in the series (aside from Uub). |

Tien would get killed, he had a power level of less than 2000 when he went to King Kai's planet. Frieza was considered even in his first form the most powerful being in the universe, compared to Tien Frieza is godlike. His tri beam is powerful but would he be able to hit Frieza with it if Frieza was going for him? Can Tien destroy planets like First Form Frieza? There's no way a mere human could get up to Frieza's level. If he knows Kaioken he maybe able to pull it off but unless he's already at a certain level he won't be able to handle the higher factos of kaioken. Tien is not a saiyan he's a human, he can't compete with the former most powerful being in the universe. |

Tien would win easy, he beat the ginyu force on king kai's planet no sweat with a pl of around 100,000 and that was around 5 years before cell showed up so add up all of his training inbetween, and Tien would have a power level of at "least" 1,000,000 |

The Ginyu force fight is filler, and even if it wasn't there's no way Tien had a power level of 100,000! He'd been on King Kai's planet for what days? He's not a saiyan the increases in strength he gets would be far smaller. There's no way he'd get up to the level of the former most powerful being in the universe. |

Frieza was never really the most powerful in the universe anyway. Majin Buu was captive but still alive, and even if you discount him the Supreme Kai said he could of defeated Frieza with one blow. I think there's a lot of hype over Frieza being the most powerful in the universe. It's just a title, and not even an accurate one at that. Even the humans in DBZ have been shown to have amazing potential. Krillin could of killed 2nd form Frieza with his Kienzan/Destructo Disc, so Frieza having that title really means very little. Quite possibly Tien in the Android saga may not have been as strong as first form Frieza, but we don't know that. Tien's power rapidly developed over one year of training with Kami, he would of got quite a lot stronger at King Kai's (it does have higher gravity, after all), and with a bigger power level it seems to become easier to gain big increases. Tien's power can't be accurately placed in the Android saga, he could be anywhere between Guldo and Frieza's 3rd form...yes, the latter is more unlikely, but we can't rule it out. Tien would get a Tri-Beam on the arrogant and overconfident Frieza, and for me, judging from the way it smoked Cell, who was infinitely more powerful then Tien, I don't think it'd have any trouble taking out Frieza in his weakest form. |

Tien would totally win, after king kais training, then training for 3 years to fight the androids, tien would smoke frieza FINAL form. |
