Amazing series... AMAZING! What anime series do you guys recommend I try out next? And plz don't say Naruto. Im looking for something short and epic like death note was. but after watching that, i doubt anything could ever be as good. so what suggestions do you guys 'n' gals have?

Black Knight Posts: 8,697 Group: Retired Staff Member #1,874 Joined: November 5, 2006 Favourite Anime Code Geass, Death Note, Dragonball/Z	I highly recommend Code Geass season one has 25 episodes, and season two which is still airing in Japan right now has like 17 but it will most likely have 25 episodes as well. But I do believe season 2 is a different story from season 1. I love the series I think it's amazing. I loved Death Note a lot and I thought that Code Geass was a good replacement, though Death Note is still awesome EDIT: Also the one Kyonko said Haruhi is really good and only 14 episodes Edited by -Zero-, Aug 13 2008, 01:27 AM.

The seconds raid has some good action and is less cheesy that the others. Fumoffu is just plain silly but both will be hard to understand without watching the first season first.

It depends on what type of anime your looking for. Comedy: FLCL or Haruhi Action: Trigun, Akira Those are the main stream titles. I've never really gotten in to the new stuff but I enjoyed those.
