I know this is a repeated topic. But since we've been getting quite a few new members lately, I thought it would be interesting to bring this topic back and ask people who was their favorite human character from the series. Doesn't need to be a warrior, just state your favorite human and say why it is your favorite. Mine would have to be Tien. I must say I think that humans should have been given more relevance throughout the series to, since the characters had really strong and unique personalities and the potential to be explored in a different way. I choose Tien because he was the perfect definition of a true warrior. Focused on his training, never stopped practising and trying to get better, and had some of the coolest techniques from the whole show. Chiaotzu comes close too, just because I think he was cute and had nice telekenetic powers.  What's your choice? |

I hated Tien. But I liked Krillin and Yamcha. Both the same amount. Cause they both didn't give up easily. Krillin went to Namek and Yamcha died....twice....But Yamcha is cooler. So that makes up for it in my books |

Krillin for me, I like both Tien and Yamcha, but Krillin for me is DBZ. He was always more focused on then Yamcha and Tien (In DBZ anyway). And i love Destructo Disc as a move. Oh, plus Goku went SSJ for the first time thanks to Krillin. Edited by Psyam, Jul 17 2008, 08:19 AM.

i would have to say yamcha than tien, i just like their attitudes, ki-blasts (spcecial moves), i just thought they were both pretty cool but i tihnk yamcha looks better than tien for sure :P lol |

I strongly dislike Yamcha's character. I thought he was an interesting character upon his introduction, because, hey, every good show needs a rogue. This changed sharply when he encountered Chichi for the first time. She was being chased by dinosaurs, IIRC. She attacks blindly out of fear; angered, he slaps her into unconsciousness. His malicious expression aside, any man that would strike at a female, a frightened child at that, is a weak pathetic bastard. Plain and simple. And then he departs, leaving her to the mercy of the desert elements and the dinosaurs roaming around. That being said? I like Videl. She's a rarity in shounen anime, especially for the time period in which Dragon Ball Z was created: She is strong, extremely driven, and capable, but the viewer also has the chance to witness her vulnerable side. Y'know what would be nifty? Seeing what the androids were like as human, before Doctor Gero's influence and experimentations. Just saying. <3 |

I officially love you because of that. You may not know, but I am probably the biggest Androids fan here. And I agree, I've always said that Android 17 and Android 18 couldn't have been just two regular teenagers. They had to have something special to catch Dr Gero's attention. I've always wondered why they were the ones that Gero chose for his plan, and how it all happened. Aw, man. I still dream about a new movie explaining all that.

Of all the humans, Krillin is the best one to me, he was amusing most of the time, though always seemed like a pretty weak fighter, lolol. |

Bulma, she rich beautiful and a genius, no wonder she's so hot headed. But seriously she's one of my favorite characters. Without her there'd be no dragon radar....or Trunks for that matter. I also like the way she changes her hairstyle as often as people change their underwear. |

My favorite would probably be Krillin because he was a bit of a coward which made him funny. If Android 18 became a human that would have been my choice. |

favourite: Krillin, even though i didnt really like any of the humans tbh, he was quite funny and also was very wimpy least favourite: (i know this wasnt part of the topic but i thought i would put this in lol) MR. SATAN omg i hate him so much, he was the only thing that i didnt like about dbz, and the amount of time he wastes on episodes, big mistake by the makers of dbz imo |

I liked krillin in the dragonball series, as he was more of a worthy apponant for goku, and master roshi ofcourse, then in dragonball z it was tien, and ermm, krillin in dragonball gt just sucked monkey balls, he just wasnt funny or strong. In GT it was probs master roshi. If we can talk about a half human then trunks :P |
