Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyan Zetsumetsu Keikaku (OVA)

Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyan Zetsumetsu Keikaku (ドラゴンボールZ外伝 サイヤ人絶滅計画, Doragon Bōru Zetto Gaiden Saiyan Zetsumetsu Keikaku?, Dragon Ball Z Side Story: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans) is an OVA based on the Famicom game Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyan Zetsumetsu Keikaku to act as a walkthrough for the game. The story was written by Takao Koyama. The OVA was originally released on VHS on August 6, 1993, and re-released in 2003 as an extra feature in the "Dragon Box" DVD boxed set.

And because: The OVA was originally released on VHS on August 6, 1993
By definition, this makes it an OVA.

Definition: Original video animation (オリジナル・ビデオ・アニメーション, Orijinaru bideo animēshon?), abbreviated OVA (オーブイエー or オーヴィーエー, ōbuiē or ōvīē?) (and sometimes as OAV), is a term originating from Japanese animation (anime) for animated films and series which are made specially to be released on home video formats. The majority are released direct-to-video, without prior showings on TV or in theatres, however, there may be very rare occasions where, for example, the first part of an OVA series is broadcast for promotional purposes. OVA titles were originally made available on VHS, later becoming more popular on LaserDisc and eventually DVD.
