Obama won, McCain made a fool of himself and I haven't even watched it or heard much about it, all I know is it happend. But McCain seems like a really halfwit, which is why he'll end up getting elected anyway.

The only debate I watched was the second one in....Nashville (i think) and McCain seemed to do pretty well. i was going to vote for Obama but now I'm more undecided. They both make sense. I suppose it's all on how there plans will affect you specifically. I havn't seen the 1st and last debate so I might have a more clearer view of who i'm voting for later on. Youth vote has gone to Obama no question, People our age want obama. McCain has been doing very well too. i think it'll be a closer race than people think. It's all on the electora; votes though. Which I find confusing sometimes. I mean honestly If it was a population vote we wudnt have had some of the presidents we've had in the past. And we would even have a differnt democratic canidate I think. Hillary won 100,000 more votes than Obama and still lost the canidacy but anyways it gunna be close. I can see McCain winning though. I dont think people are going to allow a historical win occur main b/c they arnt ready for it. Obama would be a new face to the world and he could change things. McCain says he's no Bush but ya nevah know. Lotta things to think about and research up on b4 casting the vote. I heard he didn't do so well in the first and he used attacks tonight that cud have been bad.

Most of Europe would rather see Obama elected I think, mostly because McCain isn't going to do anything that will change too much from what Bush has done. Obama I think would probably be able to improve relations with other countries, which would be a huge benifit, McCain wouldn't do any of that, if McCain gets in then the rest of the world will end up thinking that the majority of Americans are stupid.

If voting Bush in for the 2nd time wasn't enough for people to come to that decision though, lmao. Although I think some usual Republican supporters will vote for Obama because of the way the McCain campaign plays dirty politics, but I'm not sure, not read too much into it.

I don't honestly have much faith in you Americans, I think you are going to end up with McCain, who if gets ill will end up being Palin as President and that's not a good thing either, they are both morons. In my view, you would probably be better off with Obama as President, but that's my view as an outsider.

Though there is the off chance you get an Independent party winning the election, that would be funny.

Doesn't matter though, I'm guessing McCain will still win regardless because I believe the vast ammount of US Voters are too stupid to realise they need a diffrent party leading the country. Infact I think they are too stupid to realise that there are more than one party running.

Some Americans believe that McCain is more truthful and will follow through with his plans that will aid the U.S. rather than create deficits. I'm watching the debate right now and they both make sense right now. But Whats bothering me is McCain's accusations and how he's not letting anything go. It's annoying how he kept on bringing up the drama in politics such as Palin and McCain being involved in segregation and what not. I think the first 40 minutes or so McCain was just annoying but this next 30 min. he doing better. NAFTA is confusing a bit cuz i really dnt know the details and how much affect it's having. The offshore drilling is something i dnt think i agree with right away. McCains pushing for it now but Obama wants to take a look at it, but I think it's stupid to rely on oil forever. theres only so many dinosaurs and what not that died back in the day. Sorry this post is like all over the place but there are a lot of real issues and some proposals and plans seem to be realistic and others not so much. I still think it will be a close race.

When I listen to hard republicans talk, that's what I think as well.
And you should hear some of the comments being made to Obama at the McCain Rallies. You'd think we were living in 1960 just before the civil rights movement. Where whites condemned blacks every chance they got.
The racist bigots had to go somewhere, and I believe the Republican Party is now their stomping ground.

McCain also got some of his accusations wrong just so you know. So did Obama but McCain went for more charector defacing comments I believe, so they are worse to get wrong, such as:

Quote:

JOE THE PLUMBER WILL BE FINED

Claim: John McCain said that if plumber Joe Wurzelbacher does not "adopt the healthcare plan that Senator Obama mandates, he's going to fine you".

Fact: Mr Obama's healthcare proposals would place a requirement on large companies that they contribute to a national health fund if they fail to make "a meaningful contribution" to their employees' health care costs.

But the Democratic candidate's plan explicitly exempts small businesses form the requirement.

Verdict: Joe the Plumber will be fine, not fined - Mr McCain's claim was false.

I've not heard much said from their, doesn't get covered too much here, one thing I did hear about was Obamas link with Bill Ayers which is old news and grossly exaggerated by the Republicans.

Yes, he's a terrorist, yet he currently works as a professor in Illinois. That makes perfect sense.

I'm going to put this a simply as possible: McCain=Bush

It doesn't matter what ANYONE says, McCain's politics are all just the same. Someone who has been in D.C. for that long does NOT change. Remember the saying "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" ? Well, you can't. McCain is just trying to take votes by trying to appeal to democrats. Historically speaking, the democratic party is for change and the republicans are for maintaining the same.

By the way, I like the banner at the bottom of the page "Who is more likely to cheat:McCain or Obama?" as in cheat on their wives. Does anyone else see that?

Funny how they both say D.C. need to be cleaned up but they're both involved with the things that go on in D.C. neways lol I think McCain, in the recent debate, made some pretty risky attacks such as tryin to get Obama to rebuke what his parties said about him and just BS some things. I think the 2nd debate was the best for McCain cuz i think he used some awful debating skills he shouldn't have. He did however come up with strategic efforts to get out of some binds. I think It's safer to say Obama won the last one and he won the first. The 2nd was more like a tie, Debate wise. I wasnt as impressed

I can't listen to McCains voice for more than 5 minutes, it's annoying and monotonal, so I don't plan on watching any debate. Not that I would anyway.

Haha yea i'll agree he does have an odd voice. He keeps calling the audience his friends and say "the american people are hurt and angry" like 18,000 times.

Obama. Right now, we need someone who isn't old generation like McCain. We need someone who can change the views of the people about who should be president and who should not. Further more, McCain's VP choice was a horrible one in my opinion. Palin is an Alaskan governer who right now I think isn't fit to lead as VP because I don't want to think about what happens if McCain dies and Palin comes up to the plate because I don't believe she has the experience. Proves even further why I choose Obama. I am undecided when it comes to which party I follow but right now, I know that I'm here rooting for Obama in his campaign.

Haha so true. What's funny is that so many people, myself incuded, thought it was going to be close.
306-146, wasn't even close. Technically it's not done yet more numbers are still coming in, but eitherway he can't win. After this week the media can finally rest the election crap, 2 years of Obama and McCain running is enuff lol.
