Long Sagas

Might just be my opinion here but when there where sagas that went on and on, I though it to go on for too long. Could never stay intrested in the longer ones, would have been nice to have had some little breaks in some of them with a short unrelated story, lol.

So did you like the longer sagas better than the sorter ones, the other way round or didn't really care?

Honestly wasn't too bothered but the longer ones could drag on an on for episodes at times and could start to become boring.

I thought the Frieza saga was excellent. It was long, but there was plenty of story and fighting to keep it interesting. I thought the Majin Buu series went on way too long. By the halfway point there was only Buu to fight against the Z Fighters. At least in the longer ones like the Frieza and Cell series, there were many different enemies they had to fight (Zarbon, Dodoria, and the Ginyu Force in the Frieza series, and the Androids and Cell in the Cell series).

The Cell saga was actually one I personally thought went on too long, the Buu one was okay till it went into Kid Buu and it just got silly at that point, lol :\

Like filler? There's plenty of that, lol

The fillers sucked for almost every saga. I still think The Saiyan Saga (including Raditz Arc) and the Cell Saga were awesome.

Not enough in some sagas though

Or not enough for me.

I once gave a Kangaroo a heart-attack just by staring at it

I don't think I ever got bored of it. The Saga's lasted longer in the Japanese versions. So I thought the English Saga system was shorter.

It never really bored me

I am the same way, but it got boring and stupid when the fillers didn't actually fit in.

Manga was nice. The fillers in the show didn't really bother most of the time. Some people make a huge deal about how horrible they are, which I don't understand.

In my opinion it was okay, but they stretched it out too far in the Anime.

I like it when they get to the damn point. I didn't need to watch Goku charge up a spirit bomb for ten episodes.

If there were no filler, long sagas would be fine by me.

another point to add to Goku's 10 episode charging spirit bomb...Frieza said they had 5 mins. before Namek exploded:D

Well, by my calculations 5 mins. doesn't last 20 episodes!!! LOL
