Posts: 802 Group: Member Member #2,807 Joined: October 31, 2007	kk in movie 10 when broly comes back and suposably gohan is ssj2 when hes fighting broly, but, how come there isnt any electricity around gohan, every other time a ssj2 is fighting there is electricty, look at goku and majin vegeta. And gohan was trying pretty tough and using alot of power so i think there should be some sort of electricity. the point is i dont think he was ssj2 any1 else ?

Broly had gotten stronger over the years, so, it would make sense for Gohan to turn SSj2. Daizenshuu EX, the most reputable DBZ Source in the world says he was in SSj2.

Look, any time a Saiyan has gone SSJ2 theres been the lighting effect, and the hair is more upright and spikey, and is also a slightly darker shade of gold. I saw none of that in movie 10. So my opinion is that he is in SSJ1 form and basing on it on what i can see.

Firefox Favourite Manga One Piece	It is unlikely that Gohan would have been able to stand up to Broly's newfound power without being SSJ2. The animators probably just forgot about the lightening, its happened before. If i remember right, doesen't Broly transform into LSSJ when Gohan powers up to SSJ2 (or SSJ1 depending what you think)? If so, wouldent this mean Broly considered Gohan a threat enough to power up to legendary in the first place? I doubt he'd consider Gohan a threat in SSJ1. Edit: Also, I think Gohan had only one strand of hair sticking down at the front, he seems to have this when he's SSJ2 or Mystic.

It's a little hard to tell with his short hair, but I doubt he was. He'd only gone ssj2 2 times before that fight, maybe the strain was still too much for him since he was a lazy fighter. Keep in mind he had 2 other ssj warriors to help so he may not have seen it fit to even do so.
	You can't kill an immortal...but cutting his limbs off will certainly screw the rest of his existence up

If Gohan were an SSJ2 his body could take a lot more punishment, especially from Brolly, but we see how quickly he goes back to his normal state. Also, like many said before, it would take time to change into a SSJ2.
