I think it just depends on the fighter using the attack, honestly. For instance: Goku's Kamehameha Wave (during Frieza Saga) vs. Vegeta's Final Flash (during Perfect Cell Saga) = Final Flash wins Goku's Kamehameha Wave (during Cell Games Saga) vs. Vegeta's Final Flash (during Cell Games Saga) = Kamehameha Wave wins Remember, Vegeta uses Final Flash against the Cell Jr. and it knocks away the blast quite easily. |

I do agree that most attacks should be evaluated by the powerlevel of the fighter. But their are cases such as tiens tri-beam where the blast is expremly powerful but only some can use it . say if goku learned tri-beam i;m sure his tri-beam would be much more powerufl than tiens but he never learned it. BUT Final Flash VS. Kamehameha I would normally say they're even although the more I think about if the fighters were at the same level I think the Final Flash would win but i would like to note that the fnal flash takes a whole lot more energy than a kamehameha. |

It doesn't necessarily take longer. Remember that in the Cell Games Vegeta was able to fire that attack in a fraction of the amount of time it took him in the Perfect Cell saga. Also, remember that in some cases, it took Goku quite a long time to charge up a Kamehameha Wave. It all depends on the fighter and the way the energy is used. |

i thought kamehameha took loonger, there like KAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEE etc where as Vegta just stands there charing energy for a bit and shouts final flash. Final Flash looks soooooooo much cooler haha. |

acualy i would say there around the same strength, and they can be both used quickly, they just charge up so that it is more powerful, lol there both suchc cool ki's. |

As DEMONHUNTER stated, it depends on the time. Plus the strength and energy of the person and how much energy put into it. And what's this crud about Vegeta using Final Flash on a Cell Jr. and batted it away? Impossible! The two beings were evenly matched in about two frames of the manga, also that the Final Flash was trying to be more promoted in the anime possibly. |

I don't think you can tell which attack is stronger, it depends on the time and on the person who did them. I can say final flash looks a lot cooler because of the pose it takes for you to shoot it, but I'm more old school and I prefer the classic kamehameha.

Although I like the Kamehameha, I prefer the Final Flash. It just looks so cool when Vegeta is powering it up. Plus Vegeta sounds cooler when he shouts "Final Flash". As to which is more powerful, I agree that it depends on who is using it and their power level. Although at a stretch I'd say the Kamehameha. |

When I think Final Flash, I think of that attack in the Pokemon games called Flash so it sounds kind of usless, lol. But yeah, I know it isn't that, that would be silly. But yeah, doesn't it depend on how much energy the fighter can put into the attack? More that just saying one is stronger than the other. Sorry, I don't know a whole lot about this myself. But if you put the same ammount of power in both, which would come out stonger? |

I'd say the Final Flash would lose. Considering if both fighters began at the same time it would be like firing a Kamehameha at a Special Beam Canon. The Canon would lose as it takes more time to gain any decent amount of energy |

How about time aside, say one got a head start and they both had the same energy in them, would it just be stuck in the middle or would one be stronger? Because if it's the former then time is an important factor. |

I'd say Kamehameha would be stronger. And we all know goku is way stronger then vegeta :P So Kamehameha would be stronger. But with krillen...final flash would be stronger... |
